Converting pdf files to epub

Hello, first of all sorry if this is in the wrong section

Im having an issue. I want to upload a book which is a pdf file to ibooks. I get the message that I cant because it only supports Epub extension,

Alright, so I go and look for softwares that will convert pdf files to epub.

I found one website that converts it, however when i tried to upload the file on ibooks, I got these error messages which I assume have something to do with the encoding because they're are Armenian letters also in the file.

Any way to fix this?
